摘  要:介绍了外置式超滤膜生物反应器处理采油废水的工艺特点、调试过程及处理效果,该工艺将活性污泥池和膜组件高度集成于一集装箱(11.8m×2.33m×2.72m)内,通过生化反应及膜过滤处理采油废水。设计COD负荷1.35kg/(d·m3),产水量2.56m3/h,接种高效除油菌群并稳定运行后该设备COD负荷为1.83~2.68kg/(d·m3),产水量达3.8m3/h,日净化水量高达60~91m3,COD平均去除率为94%,油含量平均去除率为95%,细菌及悬浮物去除率达99.9%,出水指标达SY/T5329--94《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标》中A1级标准。A membrane bio-reactor with external ultrafihration membrane for treatment of oil production wastewater, its technical characteristics and debugging process and pollutant removal efficiency were introduced. The activated sludge tank and membrant modules for this process were highly integrated in the container ( 11.8 m × 2.33 m ×2. 72 m). Designed COD load was 1.35 kg/( d· m3) , designed water production rate was 2.56 m3/h. After inoculating efficient oil removal bacteria and the stable operation of the equipment, the actual COD load was 1.83 -2.68 kg/( d. m3) ,water production rate could be up to 3.8 m3/h, purification water yield could be up to 70 -91 m3/d, average removal rate of COD was 94% , average removal rate of oil content was 95% , removal rate of bacteria and suspended solids was 99.9%. The wastewater indicators could meet standard A1 in "The Suggested Indexes of Injection Water Quality for Clastic Rock Oil Reservoir"( SY/T 5329 -94).
