摘 要:结合国电赤峰化工有限公司煤制尿素项目废水排放特性及现有废水处理工艺系统的实际情况开展试验研究,利用自主设计的一套规模为50 L/h的中试试验装置,采用HSBEMBM高效微生物投菌技术+A/A/O生化处理为主、辅以隔油气浮等预处理、混凝沉淀等深度处理的废水治理工艺,对煤化工废水进行了处理。试验结果表明:系统运行可靠稳定,出水ρ(COD)≤80 mg/L,去除率达98.4%;ρ(氨氮)≤1 mg/L或未检出,去除率达99%;ρ(挥发酚)≤0.2mg/L,去除率达99%;色度≤15倍,去除率达95%,出水水质完全符合排放标准。同时,根据试验提出煤化工类废水处理的设计污泥负荷率,为国电赤峰煤化工公司现运行的废水处理系统提供技术参数支持,并为该工艺在煤化工废水处理的工程化应用提供参考。According to the wastewater discharge characteristics and the existing wastewater treatment process systems for the coal-based urea project in Guodian Chifeng Chemical Co. , Ltd, it was carried out the pilot studies,using a set of self-designed 50 L/h pilot test apparatus to treat the coal chemical industrial wastewater. And gave priority to the HSBEMBM efficient microbial bacteria technique + A/A/O biological treatment, supplemented with the pretreatment technology of oil separation flotation and the advanced treatment such as coagulating sedimentation to treat coal chemical industrial wastewater. The experimental results showed that the system was running stabley and reliably, effluent COD ≤ 80 mg/L the removal rate reached 98.4% ; NH4-N≤1 mg/L or not detected, the removal rate reached 99% ; chroma is not more than 15 times, the removal rate reached 95%. Water quality was in full compliance with emission standards, which provided references for the engineering application of the coal chemical industrial wastewater treatment process.
