镁法烟气脱硫副产物生产硫酸镁工艺研究

摘　　要：列举了三种镁法烟气脱硫副产物的综合利用途径,分析了加酸反应法综合利用镁法脱硫副产物的原理,介绍了中试试验现场设备情况及研究方法,通过对该技术的工艺路线和工艺参数优化,及经济性分析,提出了产业化实施过程存在的问题及解决方案。It was enumerated three kinds of the comprehensive utilization pathways of desulfurization by-product of magnesium oxide. The principle of comprehensive utilization of desulfurization by-productss of magnesium oxide of adding acid reaction method was analyzed. The equipments and research method of pilot scale test were also introduced. Through the optimization of process route and process parameters of the technology, and its economic analysis, it was proposed the problems of the industrialization process and their solutions.
