摘 要:针对“燃煤+煤气”锅炉烟气温度接近200℃的问题,设计一种采用PTFE基布、面层纤维为PTFE+PSA+PI纤维层的新型复合过滤材料,并对该新型复合过滤材料进行耐温性、耐化学腐蚀性及过滤效率的试验研究。结果表明:耐温方面,试样在250oC以下的经纬向热收缩率分别小于1.5%和1%,尺寸稳定性好;经纬向的强力保持率都≥100%。耐化学腐蚀方面,经过24h不同浓度和温度的酸处理后,其经纬向强力仍然保持在90%以上;经过24h不同浓度和温度的碱处理后,其经纬向强力都保持在85%以上,温度变化对于试样的断裂强力影响比溶液浓度变化对于试样的断裂强力影响大。过滤效率方面,对粒径大于5μm的颗粒物的分级过滤效率大于98%,对粒径小于2.5μm的颗粒物的过滤效率为60%~85%。Focused on the high-temperature ( close to 200 ℃ ) flue gas emitted from coal-gas burning boiler, two nonwoven fiber layers and a base cloth were used to form a new kind of nonwoven composite for the bag house. The base cloth is polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and the surface fiber layer is compounded by polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polysulfonamide (PSA) and polyimide (PI). The properties of the filter material at different conditions are discussed. The temperature resistance results showed that the sample's heat shrinkage ratio in the longitudinal direction (MD) was less than 1.5% , in the cross-machine direction (CD) was less than 1%. The strong retention ratio of both directions was more than 100%. The resistance to chemical corrosion, after acid treatment for 24 h under different concentration and temperature, MD and CD' s strength remained more than 90% of the original value, after alkali treatment for 24 h under different concentration and temperature, MD and CD's strength remained more than 85% of the original value, Temperature effects on breaking strength of sample were bigger than concentration. The classification efficiency of particles size greater than 5 microns was more than 98% , those less than 2.5 microns was about 60% - 85% .
