摘　　要：在高新技术产业内,专利联盟已经成为企业获得核心竞争力的主要范式.本文以国内外MPEG-2、TD—SCDMA和闪联等三个专利联盟为研究对象,收集联盟成立前后专利授权数量,运用趋势分析、双重差分估计和Wilcoxon秩和检验等方法对专利联盟的创新效应进行实证研究,结果表明:专利联盟鼓励企业创新,加速企业创新进程,促进专利的研发、运用和推广.Today patent pool has been becoming the main paradigm to acquire core competence in high and new technology industries for enterprises. The methods of tendency analysis, difference-in-difference model and Wilcoxon signed rank test were applied to study on innovation effects of patent pools, and three cases of MPEG-2, TD--SCDMA and IGRS patent pools are analyzed. The results indicate that patent pools can encourage enterprises to innovate, speed up innovation process, promote patentss＇ R＆D, application, and extension.
