摘 要:采用共沉淀法和离子交换法成功制备了叶酸插层Mg/Al水滑石(LDHs-FA)复合材料,通过粉末X射线衍射、红外光谱和热重-差热分析等手段对合成材料进行结构表征。结果表明得到的LDHs-FA结构完整、晶相单一,并比较了2种方法对材料物化性质的影响。采用盐酸为介质模拟胃液,混合磷酸盐缓冲溶液为介质模拟肠液,研究了叶酸插层水滑石在模拟胃液和肠液中的释放特征,结果表明叶酸插层复合材料在模拟胃液和肠液中均具有较好的缓释性能。海藻酸钙包覆后的样品在胃液中释放速率极慢,但在肠液中具有较好的缓释性能,实现了药物的肠道靶向释放。Folic acid intercalated Mg/A1 hydrotalcite (LDHs-FA) composite materials were prepared by the coprecipitation and ion-exchange chemical strategies, and a novel orally drug was obtained. The structure of synthetic samples was characterized by the powder X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum and thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis. The results show that LDHs-FA has a complete structure and crystal phase is single. And the nature of synthetic samples is compared by two synthetic methods. The release performance of folic acid intercalated in the interlayer of layered double hydroxides is studied in simulated gastric juice and intestinal juice, which are simulated by hydrochloric acid or mixed phosphate as medium, respectively. The results show that intercalated composite material has a good slow-release performance. Release rate of LDHs-FA after coating with calcium alginate in the gastric juice is very slow, but in the intestinal juice which has a good slow-release performance, so the controlled release of drugs in the intestinal juice can be realized.
