摘 要:以香樟籽为原料,研究香樟籽油的超临界CO2提取工艺及体外抗氧化活性。采用超临界CO2提取香樟籽油,利用响应面分析法优化其提取工艺,并对香樟籽油还原能力和DPPH·清除能力进行分析。香樟籽油超临界CO2萃取最佳工艺条件为CO2流量为36.1 kg/h,萃取压力为29.9 MPa,萃取时间为2.6 h,温度为49.3℃;香樟籽油具有较好的还原能力,明显高于对照组VC,而且对DPPH有较强清除能力,随着香樟籽油浓度的增加,其清除能力逐渐增强,明显高于对照组VC。超临界CO2萃取香樟籽油工艺稳定,可靠,而且香樟籽油具有抗氧化活性。Camphor seed oil is extracted by SFE - CO2 ; the optimum extraction conditions of camphor seed oil have been researched by response surface methodology, as well as the reducing power and scavenging ability to DPPH ~ having been analyzed. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows : CO2 flow 36.1 kg/h, pres 29.9 MPa, time 2.7 h and temperature 49.3 ℃. The camphor tree seed oil has good reducing power which was significantly higher than VC, strong scavenging ability to DPPH ~ ; the scavenging ability strengthen gradually with the concentra- tion of camphor seed oil increasing, which was significantly higher than that of VC. SFE - CO2 method for extracting camphor tree seed oil is proved to be stable and reliable, and camphor tree seed oil had antioxidation.
