益气通络方对慢性缺血性肾病早期大鼠AngⅡ、α-SMA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气通络方对慢性缺血性肾病早期大鼠AngⅡ、α-SMA表达的影响,探讨其防治慢性缺血性肾病早期病变的机制。方法:SD雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、预防组、药物组,采用双侧肾动脉不全结扎术建立动物模型,免疫组化检测AngⅡ、α-SMA的表达。结果:与模型组比较,药物组及预防组AngⅡ、α-SMA表达均明显降低(P<0.01),且预防组降低较明显(P<0.01)。结论:益气通络方可能通过减少AngⅡ、α-SMA的表达,从而防治缺血性肾病的早期病变。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on chronic ischemic nephropathy early expression of Ang,α -SMA rats, to explore the mechanism of prevention and treatment of chronic ischemic nephropathy early lesions. Method：Male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group, prevention group, drug group. The bilateral renal artery insufficiency ligation to establish animal model. Use the immunohistochemical method to test the expression of AngⅡ and α-SMA. Results Compared with the model group, the AngⅡand α-SMA expression of drug group and prevention group were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and the prevention group were reduced significantly （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Yiqi Tongluo Fang can reduce AngⅡ and α-SMA expression, thereby preventing ischemie nephropathy early lesions.
