黄连素药性与脂肪肝证治关系初探

摘　　要：黄连素作为黄连、黄柏的主要单体活性成分,其与黄连、黄柏一样具有清热燥湿的功效,在脂肪肝的防治研究中疗效确切。黄连素清热燥湿属性与脂肪肝湿热证关系密切,是黄连素发挥抗脂肪肝作用的中医理论基础。该文以脂肪肝证治特点为突破口,探析黄连素清热燥湿属性与脂肪肝湿热证及其氧化应激产物之间的内在关系,为其防治脂肪肝提供中医理论依据和研究思路。Berberine is the main active ingredient in Coptis and Cortex Phellodendri. Berberine has the effectiveness of heat-clearing and damp-drying therapy with Coptis and Cortex Phellodendri, and these three have good efficacy in the prevention and treatment of fatty liver disease. Berberine has the effectiveness of heat-clearing and damp-drying therapy that closely related to the damp-heat syndrome of fatty liver disease, and it is the the TCM theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of fatty liver disease. In this paper, syndrome differentiation of fatty liver disease as a breakthrough, and to explore the intrinsic relationship among berberine effectiveness of heat-clearing and damp-drying therapy, damp-heat syndrome and oxidative stress products of fatty liver disease. In order to clarify the medicinal properties and efficacy of berberine, this study provides the TCM theoretical basis and research ideas.
