摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性全身性自体免疫性疾病,多种危险因素共同作用促使RA发病,其确切的发病机制尚未明确。疼痛是RA最主要的症状,严重影响了病人正常生活。中医在RA的镇痛治疗方面具有独特作用,关注度日益提升。近年来有关RA的发病机制及中医在RA的镇痛治疗方面有了一些新的进展,现综合文献作一综述。Rheumatoid arthritis （RA） is a chronic destructive inflammatory disease, a variety of risk factors contribute to the onset of RA, but the complete pathogenesis of RA remains unclear. Pain is the main symptoms and suffering of RA patients, it seriously reduces the patient＇ s quality of life and people have pay close attention to it. Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique function in the analgesia treatment process of RA. In recent years, the pathogenesis of RA and traditional Chinese medicine in the analgesia treatment of RA have got some new progress, the review is written about research progress.
