摘　　要：蚯蚓富含丰富的蛋白质,是一种非常规蛋白质饲料,在动物生产中使用可以提高动物的生长性能、产品品质、免疫能力等。文章综述了蚯蚓的营养成分,蚯蚓饲料的种类以及其在动物生产中的应用效果。Earthworm was a non conventional protein feed,which was rich in protein.In animal production it could improve animal growth performance, product quality, immunity.In this paper,the class of earthworm feed and its application in animal production were reviewed.
