摘　　要：以北衙矿业公司日处理3 000 m3尾矿库淋溶液应急处理工程为背景,介绍了冗余控制系统的硬件配置和现场总线通讯技术及三层网络结构的控制方法。工程应用实践表明:S 7-400H PLC冗余控制系统控制功能完善、人机界面设计合理、操作方便,可靠性、扩展性性强,运行稳定,值得黄金矿山污水应急处理工程自动化控制参考。Beiya mining company has daily 3 000 m3 leaching solution for emergency processing .The paper takes it for engineering background , and introduces the hardware configuration of the redundancy control system , field bus communication technique and control methods of three-layer networks.The engineering practice shows that S7-400H PLC redundancy control system has proved functions ,suitable man-machine interface design ,and is easy to operate , what＆#39;s more,it is reliable,expansible and steady ,making it worth promoting among automation control systems when dealing with emergency treatment of wastewater produced in mines .
