摘  要:设计一种以泡沫混凝土层与密实混凝土层相结合组成的新型无机外墙保温材料,研究泡沫混凝土层拌合料配比、发泡剂种类和加入量等对泡沫混凝土层孔结构、强度、泡沫混凝土层与密实混凝土层的结合牢固度等的影响。结果表明,双氧水发泡剂的发泡效果优于松香皂发泡剂;明胶溶液和水性环氧树脂可以起到稳泡、固泡的作用,同时提高泡沫混凝土层性能以及与密实混凝土层结合的牢固程度;泡沫混凝土层拌合料中,m(水泥)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(玻璃纤维)=70.7∶18.8∶10.5,控制水灰比为0.33,外加双氧水发泡剂、明胶溶液、水性环氧树脂掺量分别为0.100 ml/g水泥、0.167 ml/g水泥、0.033 ml/g水泥时,制得的泡沫混凝土层密度小、孔结构大小均匀、强度高、与密实混凝土层结合牢固。In this paper, a new kind of exterior inorganic insulation material which consists of the foam concrete layer and the compacting concrete layer is designed. The effects of the pore structure,strength of the foam concrete layer, and combining with the strong degree of foam concrete layer and the compacting concrete layer were investigated by the mixture ratio of foam concrete layer, kinds of foaming agent and adding amount. The results showed that the effect of hydrogen peroxide foam blowing agent is better than that of rosin soap foamer, the foam stabilizing solidifying being effeeted by the gum solution and water-borne epoxy resin,and the performance of foam concrete layer and the firm degree combined with the concrete layer being improved. When foam concrete layer mixture of cement,fly ash,glass fiber quality percentage were 70.7% ,18.8%,10.5%,water cement ratio is controlled at 0.33,and the content of hydrogen peroxide solution foaming agent, gelatin solution,and waterborne epoxy resin were 0.100 ml/g cement,0.167 ml/g cement, and 0.033 ml/g cement,respectively, the foam concrete layer thus obtained has small density, uniform hole structure size,high mechanical strength, and is firmly combined with the compacting concrete layer.
