隐睾患儿手术后近期睾丸容积变化的研究

摘　　要：目的：研究隐睾患儿手术后与术前睾丸容积变化的情况。方法：分析2011年1月～2013年1月接受手术治疗隐睾患儿的临床资料，在术前至术后6月内对患儿进行3次睾丸容积的随访。结果：本次研究共入组隐睾患儿80例，其中单侧隐睾组65例，双侧隐睾组15例。单侧和双侧组组间和组内不同时间段睾丸容积比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；〉16岁患儿睾丸容积各不同时间段均明显高于2—5岁患儿，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；〈2岁患儿术后6月睾丸容积较术前有明显的增加（P〈0．05），其余年龄组术前、术后差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；不同年龄组单侧隐睾患儿术后6月睾丸体积百分率明显高于术前水平，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：各年龄段隐睾患儿手术治疗均有疗效，而2岁之前行手术者术后睾丸功能恢复更好，睾丸生长变化更显著。Objective： To research the changes of testicular volume in children with cryptorchidism before and after surgery. Methods： The clinical data of the children with cryptorchidism receiving surgery in the hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were analyzed, testicular volume was followed up for three times from before surgery to six months after surgery. Results： A total of 80 children were retrospectively analyzed, including 65 children in unilateral cryptorchidism group and 15 children in bilateral eryptorchidism group. There was no statistically significant difference in testicular volume between the two groups, and there was also no statistically significant difference in testicular volume among different time periods in the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; the testicular volumes at different time periods in children ≥ 6 years old were statistically significantly higher than those in children aged 2 - 5 years old （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the testicular volume in children less than two years old at six months after surgery was statistically significantly higher than that before surgery （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, there was no statistically significant difference between before and after surgery in the other age groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; in unilateral cryptorchidism group, the percentage of testicular volume at six months after surgery was statistically significantly higher than that before surgery in different age groups （P〈0. 01） . Conclusion： The curative effects of surgery for children with cryptorchidism in different age groups are good, but testicular function can relieve better and the change of testicular growth will be more significant when conducting surgery before two years old.
