摘　　要：目的：探讨多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）患者不同时期血浆Nesfatin-1水平的变化。方法：选择健康育龄妇女33例和PCOS不孕患者30例，于经期2～3天时期采集前臂静脉血，ELISA方法测定血浆Nesfatin-1，常规方法测定性激素进行比较；另选择20例PCOS患者口服避孕药达英35加二甲双胍调节月经周期两周期，与用药前进行自身血浆Nesfatin-1水平比较，观察有无变化。结果：PCOS患者血浆Nesfatin-1水平低于健康妇女，血LH、T水平高于健康妇女，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），余性激素差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；PCOS患者用药后血浆Nesfatin-1水平高于用药前，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：多囊卵巢综合征患者血浆Nesfatin-1低于健康妇女，口服达英-35加二甲双胍两周期后患者血浆Nesfatin-1水平上升。Objective： To explore the changes of plasma Nesfatin - 1 levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） during different periods. Methods： Thirty - three healthy women of childbearing age and thirty infertile women with PCOS were selected, the venous blood specimens of forearm were obtained at 2 - 3 days during menstrual period, plasma Nesfatin - 1 levels were detected by ELISA, routine method was used to detect and compare sex hormones levels ; 20 PCOS patients were selected and treated with oral administration of Diane - 35 and melbine for two menstrual cycles, then the results were compared with plasma Nesfatin - 1 levels of themselves before treatment, the changes were observed. Results： Plasma Nesfatin - 1 level in PCOS patients was statistically significantly lower than that in healthy women, the levels of blood luteinizing hormone （LH） and testosterone （T） were statistically significantly higher than those in healthy women （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of the other sex hormones levels （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; among the patients with PCOS, plasma Nesfatin - 1 level after treatment was statistically significantly higher than that before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Plasma Nesfatin - 1 level in PCOS patients was lower than that in healthy women, but it increased after oral administration of Diane -35 and melbine for two menstrual cycles.
