摘 要:以含聚乙二醇(PEG)的TiO2溶胶为前驱体,采用浸溃提拉技术制备TiO2薄膜。针对乙酰丙酮稳定的钛酸四正丁酯溶胶体系,通过考察环境温度及湿度对所制备薄膜表面气孔形貌、尺寸及分布密度的影响,发现溶剂的挥发速度及空气中水分子的凝结显著影响由PEG模板形成的气孔尺寸。扫描电镜的观察表明,在20-30℃、65-RH的条件下制备的薄膜表面能形成200-300nm的气孔,过低或过高的温度及湿度都不利于薄膜表面气孔的形成。与表面相对平整的薄膜相比较,气孔修饰的TiO2薄膜具备较强的光致亲水性能。TiO2 films have been prepared using TiO2 sol precursors containing polyethylene glycol (PEG) by dip-coating technique. For the acetylacetone stabilized tetrabutyltitanate sol system, it was found that volatilization rate of the solvent and the condensation rate of the surrounding watermolecules significantly influenced the pore size. SEM observa-tions suggested that pores with size of 200-300nm can be formed on the film surface when dip-coating process was carried out at temperature of 20-30℃ and humidity of 65%RH. The low and high temperature and humidity was not favorable for the pore formation on surface of the TiO2 film. As compared with the films with relatively flat surface, the pore modified films showed high photo-induced hydrophilicity.
