摘 要:在硅醇盐存在下以阴离子开环聚合方法合成了线型甲基苯基乙烯基硅油,着重考察了多种聚合工艺因素对产物苯基乙烯基硅油折光率和热特性的影响规律,并通过优化实验条件,合成了高折光率(1.5000以上)的甲基苯基乙烯硅油,后者具有较高的透光率和优良的耐热性能,可望作为硅系LED封装基础材料应用。The linear methyl phenyl vinyl silicone oil with high refractive index was synthesized by an anionic ring-opening polymerization in the presence of silicon alkoxide. The effects of various polymerization factors on the polymeriza tion kinetics, the refractive index and thermal characteristics of the oil were emphatically examined, h was observed that the refractive index of the oil was depended upon the amount of phenyl groups and almost depended upon the amount of either catalyst or blocking agent. In addition, the oil which was synthesized under the optimum polymerization condition had the high refractive index, good light transmittance and excellent heat resistance, so was hopefully applied as a Base encapsulation material of silicone LED.
