摘 要:采用在缚酸剂三乙胺存在下的六氯环三磷腈(HCCTP)与羟基硅油(PDMS-OH)亲和取代反应合成一种新型含硅环磷腈化合物。实验先运用红外和31P-NMR谱图分析技术确定了反应产物为含硅环磷腈。随后考察了多种影响因素包括原料配比、缚酸剂用量、反应温度和时间等对取代反应产率的影响规律,得到了较佳的合成反应条件。另外,通过对产物热失重的分析表明含硅环磷腈化合物的热稳定性较好,可望作为的高效硅系阻燃剂应用。The new kind of silicon-containing cyclophosphazene compound was synthesized from the affinity substi-tution reaction of the hexacyclophosphazene(HCCTP) and hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS-OH)in the presence of acid-binding agent TEA. The compound was assured to be the aim product by the analysis of the infrared ray spectrum(IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(31 P-NMR). Then, the effects of a variety of factors including the ratio of raw materials, the amount of acid-binding agent, reaction temperature and time, on the reaction yield were examined and the pre- ferred synthesis conditions were obtained. In addition, the compound was demonstrated to be of good thermal stability ac-cording to the TGA test and thus expected to be applied as highly efficient silicon-based flame retardant.
