摘　　要：针对中频炉的水冷系统在安全生产中的重要作用,提出了对中频炉水冷系统中两个重要的参数———水温和水压,可采用三种不同的方法进行监测。具体分析了每种监测方法及其适用范围。结合现场实际运行的案例,表明这三种方法具有安全可靠和使用方便的特点。In view of the important role of medium frequency furnace water cooling system in safety production, two significant parameters, water temperature and pressure need to be monitored. Three different methods were presented in the cooling system of the medium frequency furnace. Every methods and their scope of application were specifically analyzed. The practical application validated three methods are safe, reliable and convenient.
