摘　　要：通过查找CB10缸体的漏点,分析渗漏的原因,证实了渗漏是由肉眼不可见的显微疏松引起的。采用碲粉涂料,有效解决了渗漏问题。但刷碲粉涂料处产生了不同程度的粘砂和夹砂结疤,为此采用纯石墨涂料作底层涂料,局部营造还原性气氛,有效解决了粘砂和夹砂结疤缺陷。The leakage ofCB 10 cylinder block was caused by the shrinkage that can be seen only by microscope with the leakage testing and analyzing. The leakage could be solved by telluriunl coating, but the sand penetration and burning-on were found on the place where it been brushed. Finally, the pure graphite coating is coated as basement, the reducing atmosphere was formed, the defects of sand penetration anti sand adhesion were resolved effectively.
