摘  要:铜陵公铁两用长江大桥主桥为主跨630m的钢桁梁斜拉桥,是目前在建的最大跨度的公铁两用桥。对设计关键技术进行了总结。大桥深水区桥塔基础采用了造价经济、防撞性能好的沉井基础;钢桁梁2个节间内的主桁杆件焊接为30m长的稳定桁片单元,减少了现场杆件的拼接工作量;在受力较大的桥塔根部区段和压重区段,铁路桥面采用正交异性钢箱桥面,这种设计可减小弦杆的尺寸,并为压重提供了空间;在铁路斜拉桥中采用了钢绞线斜拉索,对斜拉索的抗疲劳性能等进行了试验研究;研制了新型的阻尼装置,可满足不同工况下的使用要求。The main bridge of Tongling Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge is a steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span 630 m and is currently the longest span rail- cum-road bridge being constructed. In this paper, the key techniques for the design of the bridge are summarized. For the pylon foundations of the bridge in the deepwater area, the open caisson foundations that are cost-saving and have good ship collision performance are used. The main truss members in the range of each two panels of the steel truss girder are welded into a 30 m long stable truss unit and the work 10ad of field assembling of the members is therefore reduced. In the areas close to the pylons and of the counterweight sections that are subjected to tremendous forces, the orthotropic steel box decks are designed for the part of the railway deck. The design in such a way can reduce the dimensions of the chord members and can provide space for arrange- ment of the counterweight. On the railway cable-stayed bridge, the steel strand stay cables are used. The test study of the fatigue performance of the cables has been made and moreover, a new type of the damping device that can satisfy the service requirements of the bridge under different load cases has been developed as well.
