摘  要:钢箱梁悬拼施工时在其梁段匹配端会产生变形差,若变形过大则影响梁段的顺利匹配。为了解钢箱梁悬臂拼装施工时梁段匹配端的相对变形及其影响因素,以在建的嘉绍大桥为工程背景,采用有限元分析软件,建模分析梁段拼接截面在吊机作用、温度梯度作用、横隔板刚度及整体刚度变化影响下的相对变形,计算结果表明:梁端拼接口相对竖向变形主要是由吊机作用梁段变形产生的;正温差比负温差对拼接口相对变形的影响大;提高钢箱梁横隔板的刚度对拼接口变形的减小作用不大。The deformation differences may emerge at the match ends of the steel box girder blocks during cantilever assembling of the girder and in the event that the deformation is too great, the smooth matching of the blocks will be hindered. To understand the relative deforma tion and the related influential factors of the match ends during the cantilever assembling, the Jiashao Bridge being constructed was cited as example, the finite element analysis software was used to set up the model and to analyze the relative deformation of the assembled sections of the girder blocks of the bridge under the action of cranes and temperature gradients and also under the influences of changes of the diaphragm rigidity of the steel box girder and the global rigidity of the structure. The results of the analysis show that the relative vertical deformation of the as sembled joints of the girder block ends is mainly caused by the crane loads acting on the blocks, the influence of the positive temperature difference on the relative deformation of the assembled joints is greater than that of the negative temperature difference and the increase of the diaphragm rigidity is not much helpful to the reduction of the deformation of the assembled ioints.
