摘  要:北江大桥为多跨连续梁桥,由于佛开高速扩建,主桥需加高2.364m以满足通航要求,考虑整座桥的调坡影响,引桥需加高0.150-1.491m,经研究引桥采用PLC控制液压同步顶升系统进行整体顶升施工,并设计钢抱箍作为液压千斤顶顶升的承力平台。顶升前先进行辅助墩与边墩的处理和梁体解联;然后进行立柱加粗、安装钢抱箍、梁体切割、称重和试顶升;分5步对梁体进行正式顶升;最后对立柱进行接长、加粗和落梁,完成整个顶升施工过程。通过安装纵、横向限位装置保证了顶升施工质量和梁体安全。施工中对顶升过程进行全程监控,及时调整了顶升过程的偏差,监控结果表明顶升施工质量良好。The Beijiang River Bridge is a multispan continuous bridge of the bridge needed to be raised 2. 364 m owing to the expansion of Foshan Kaiping Ex pressway and in order to cater for the new navigation requirement under the bridge. At the same time, considering the gradient adjustment of the whole bridge, the approach bridge o{ the bridge needed to be integrally raised 0. 150-1. 491 m. After study, it was determined that the PLCcon trolled synchronous hydraulic jackingup system would be used for the construction of the integral jackingup of the approach bridge and the steel girdles were accordingly designed to serve as the platforms for supporting the hydraulic jacks. Before the construction started, the auxiliary piers and side piers were firstly handled and the main girder and piers were disconnected. The pier col umns were then thickened and the steel girdles were installed. The part of the girder was cut off, the girder was weighed, the trial jackingup was carried out and the girder was actuaity formally jacked up in 5 steps. Finally the height of the pier columns was extended, the columns were thickened, the girder over the columns was jacked down to the pier tops and the whole construe tion of the jackingup was completed. The construction quality and safety of the girder were ensured by the installed longitudinal and transverse limit devices. In the construction, process of the jacking-up was monitored and controlled, the offsetting of the jacking-up ly adjusted and the results of the monitoring and control showed that the construction the jacking-up was satisfactory. the whole was timethe jacking-up was satisfactory.
