摘  要:应用电化学发光法测定110例肺癌患者化疗前、90例肺癌患者化疗后和65例肺良性疾病患者血清中CEA、NSE、SCC-Ag和CYFRA21-1的表达水平,计算阳性率,并进行统计学分析.结果表明:肺癌患者化疗前血清中CEA、NSE、SCC-Ag和CYFRA21-1表达水平显著高于肺部良性病变组(P<0.01);CEA在肺腺癌、SCC-Ag在肺鳞癌、NSE在SCLC中水平最高,与其他组比较差异有统计学意义((P<0.01或P<0.05));NSCLC组CYFRA21-1表达显著高于SCLC组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肺癌组90例患者化疗后CEA、NSE、SCC-Ag和CYFRA21-1的表达较前下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05));复查CT发现化疗无效病例SD+PD组4种肿瘤标志物表达水平较化疗前升高,与化疗前比较P>0.05.The expression of changes of serum CEA,NSE,SCC-Ag and CYFRA21-1 levels were detected from 110 cases with lung cancer, 90 cases with lung cancer after chemotherapy and 65 cases with benign lung diseases by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay method~ all patients were diagnosed by patholo- gy(or cytology)and CT check. Results showed that serum NSE, CEA, SCC-Ag and CYFRA21-1 ex- pression levels of the patients with lung cancer were apparently higher than those with the benign lung diseases cases(P〈0.01) before chemotherapy; CEA in adenocarcinoma, SCC-Ag in squamous carcino-ma, NSE in SCLC existed in the highest level, and had statistical difference(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05) to compare with other groups; CYFRA21-1 expression was obviously higher than SCLC group in NSCLC group, two groups comparisons had difference statistical significance (P〈0.05); 90 patients with lung cancer, serum CEA, NSE, SCC-Ag and CYFRA21-1 expression decline after chemotherapy, and com- pared with themself before chemotherapy,differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05);but four TMs expression levels rised in those invalid cases which diagnosed by CT check (P〉0.05).
