摘　　要：现有的用户Web导航模型很少描述导航过程中的认知特征。论文基于问题解决理论，构建了四阶段的用户Web导航过程模型；通过发声思考方法从研究对象访问某开放存取网站的导航行为中采集实验数据；使用质性分析软件Nvivo对实验数据进行分析。研究结果表明用户在不同的导航阶段呈现不同的认知心理。据此，作者将用户认知特征加入基于问题解决理论的导航过程模型，能为分析用户Web导航行为的心理机制提供研究基础。Rarely current navigation models describe the cognitive features in web navigation. The paper introduces the problem solving theory to build a four-stage Web navigation processing model. Through an experiment of people navigating in a open access website, we collect data by thinking aloud method and analyze them with a qualitative analysis tool Nvivo. Our case finds that users show different cognitive mental activities in different Web navigation stages. Finally, we includes the cognitive features in the navigation processing model based on problem solving theory, which can provide more reference value for analyzing user Web navigation psychological mechanism.
