摘  要:丁苯透明抗冲树脂(CIBSR)是采用现代"活性聚合方法",由苯乙烯和丁二烯等单体合成的多嵌段多模态复杂新型高分子材料,兼具光学透明、抗冲击不碎裂和易加工等特点,符合医用和食品材料要求。由于规模化技术复杂和难度大,生产技术和市场被美国公司垄断了40余年。在锂系聚合物合成和后处理科技深厚沉淀基础上,江苏圣杰实业有限公司(JSSJ)掌握聚合控制和直接脱挥技术核心,经过多专业技术集成和整合,开发了具有自主知识产权的CIBSR产业化成套技术。全部原料和能量消耗指标、自动化程度、生产效率和产品质量始终保持国际先进和领先水平,生产过程无三废排放达绿色化要求,产品占据了国内主导市场。A crystal impact butadiene styrene resin (CIBSR) is synthesized with "active polymerization" technology, with styrene and butadiene as source monomers. The controlled muIti-block molecular structure and complicated morphology endow this material excellent transparency and impact properties, as well as good processing property. The CIBSR with high purity meets the common requirement of medical and food packaging material. Due to its complexity both in chemistry and production technology for CIBSR, the commercial market had long been monopolized by an American company for more than 40 years. Based on many-years ~ engineering and experience accumulation in organic lithium initialized polymerization and finishing treatment technology, Jiangsu Shengjie Industrial Co. Ltd(JSSJ) developed high efficient reactor and so called "JSSJ" polymerization technology, as well as direct devolatilization technology. Through system integration of these core "Know how" with subsidiary technics, JSSJ developed complete CIBSR industrial technology package possessing proprietary intellectual property rights. Many factors such as material consumption, energy consumption, output efficiency and product quality ranked global leading level. The advanced JSSJ technology achieved environmentally friendly process: there is no waste water and extremely low organic waste emission and low energy consumption, and the resin product dominates the china market.
