摘  要:利用基于拉伸流变的叶片挤出机制备中药渣纤维/回收ABS复合材料,并研究叶片挤出机的加工温度、加工转速对复合材料结构与性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着叶片挤出机加工温度的升高,中药渣纤维/回收ABS复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度都呈现先增大后减小的趋势,并且在200℃时达到最大值,分别较最小值提高了19.48%、14.57%,冲击强度变化较小;叶片挤出机加工转速对复合材料综合力学性能的影响与加工温度类似,30rpm为最佳加工转速。从复合材料的SEM图可以看出,随着加工转速的提高,中药渣纤维在复合材料中的取向更加明显。Chinese medicine residue fibre/recycled ABS composites was prepared by vane extruder based on elongational theology. The effects of processing temperature and rotating speed of vane extruder on the structure and properties of the composites were studied in this paper. The results showed that the tensile and flexural strength of the composites increased to the maximum and then decreased with the increase of the processing temperature, and the maximum of tensile strength and flexuraI strength were obtained at 200℃, which are 19.48% and 14.57% greater than the minimum ones, respectively. The impact strength of the composites did not change significantly. The effects of rotating speed on the tensile and flexural slrength of the composites were similar to the processing temperature, and 30rpm was the optimal one. The SEM photos showed that the orientation degree of the fibre was rising with the rotating speed increasing.
