摘 要:为了减少现场布靶的烦琐,提出一种一体化结构的四组合光幕阵列测量方法。采用光电二极管和线阵CCD图像传感器作为接收部件,分别构建模拟光幕和空间细分光幕,将2个模拟光幕与2个空间细分光幕集成在一个支撑箱体上,构建一体化四组合光幕阵列。依据弹丸穿过各光幕的时间和阵列结构参数,计算出飞行弹丸的穿靶速度矢量和着靶坐标。推导了测量公式,进行了测量不确定度仿真,结果表明提出的一体化结构四组合光幕阵列测量原理正确。与分立六光幕阵列和四光幕阵列立靶测试系统相比,简化了布靶步骤,缩短了布靶时间,进而消除了人工操作误差。In order to reduce the tedious work of disposing targets at test location, a measurement method of inte- grated structure four-combined-screen array was put forward. The photoelectric diodes and line array CCD image sensors are adopted as the receiving components to set up the analog screen and spatial subsection screen respec- tively. Two analog screens and two spatial screens are mounted on a support tank to form the four-combined- screen array. The flying velocity and the impacting position of the projectile can be calculated based on the time series of the projectile going through the screens and the structure parameters of the screen array. The measure- ment principle was analyzed, the measuring formulas were deduced and the measurement uncertainty was simula- ted. The simulation results show that the proposed measurement principle is correct, and the method can meet the requirement of the measuring accuracy. Compared with the bullet location measurement systems of discrete 6 screen array and 4 screen array, the integrated structure four-combined-screen array can simplify the target depo- sition procedure, shorten the target deposition time and eliminate the human operation error, which greatly im- proves the measurement efficiency.
