摘　　要：以中药活性成分为先导化合物，进行系统结构修饰和生物活性筛选，是中药化学研究的一项重要内容，也是药物化学研究的一项重要内容。目前，国内外对于原小檗型生物碱此方面研究非常活跃。为建立提供生物活性筛选的原小檗碱化合物库，以生物活性单体生物碱巴马亭为原料，通过热降解反应和亲核取代反应，合成了14个化合物，经1H-NMR，MS谱鉴定确证结构，其中13个9-O-烃基取代巴马亭衍生物为新化合物。For the establishment of chemical library of protoberberines provided for the bio-activity screening, the target compounds were synthesized by thermal degradation and nucleophilic substitution reactions with the bio-active alkaloid, palmatine（ 1）, as the raw material, and their structures were identified and conformed by 1H-NMR and MS spectra. Among them, 13 compounds were new.
