摘 要:对低品位铜铅锌矿的浮选工艺进行研究,确定铜铅混合优先浮选一铜铅分离一铜铅尾矿浮锌的部分混合浮选工艺流程及其最佳工艺条件。在原矿含铜0.10%、铅1.75%、锌1.75%的情况下,可获得含铜19.39%、铅5.24%、锌3.09%、铜回收率42.57%的铜精矿,含铜0.59%、铅55.78%、锌2.08%、铅回收率89.25%的铅精矿,含铜0.52%、铅1.57%、锌51.93%、锌回收率91.33%的锌精矿。为低品位资源的开发利用提供了范例。In this paper, the flotation process of low grade Copper-Lead-Zinc ore was studied to determine flotation process and the best process conditions of Cu-Pb bulk selec- tive flotation, Cu-Pb co-preferential flotation, and Zinc flota- tion in Cu-Pb tailing. When the raw ore contained 0.10%of the Copper, 1.75% of the Lead, and 1.75% of the Zinc, the flotation obtained a Copper concentrate with Copper grade of 19.39%, Lead grade of 5.24% , Zinc grade of 3.09%,and re- covery of 42.57%, a Lead concentrate with Copper grade of 0.59%, Lead grade of 57.78%, Zinc grade of 2.08%, and recovery of 89.25%, and a Zinc concentrate with Copper grade of O. 52%, Lead grade of 1.57%, Zinc grade of 51.93%, and recovery of 91.33%. The study is of practical reference to the development and utilization of low grade ore.
