摘 要:针对现有排土机排放范围小,受料臂与尾车的连接部分容易出现卡死、撞击、零部件损坏,不易实现整机自动化,操作困难等问题,对现有排土机的受料臂进行了分析与改进,并设计出一种可伸缩式排土机受料臂。介绍了可伸缩式受料臂的优点,并使用Ansys Workbench软件对其进行了有限元分析,得出整个受料臂的最大变形量为220.23mm,最大应力为75.618 MPa,小于所使用材料Q345的屈服强度。分析结果证明了可伸缩式受料臂的合理性,为可伸缩式受料臂的设计制作提供了理论依据。Many problems exists in dumping machine, such as limited emission, stuck, crash, and damage of components in the connection of feeding arm and tail, as well as difficul- ties in automation and operation. Thus, analysis and optimi- zation were put forward on existing dumping machine, and a scalable feeding arm was proposed in this paper. The advan- tages of the arm were introduced and finite element analysis was carried out based on Ansys Workbench. Results showed that the maximum deformation of the arm was 220.23 mm, and the maximum stress was 75.618 MPa, which was less than the yield strength of Q345. The conclusion proved the rationality of the design, and provided a theoretical reference for further study and design of the scalabte arm.
