摘 要:通过对潜孔钻机偏钻卡杆机理进行研究分析,确定了偏杆卡死事故发生的预兆,针对这些变化的特性,采用ANSYS对φ89 mm的钻杆进行仿真分析,找出其应力应变的最大处,从而确定应变片的安装位置,进而测试钻杆应变形,感知处理偏钻卡死异常工况。为解决应变片信号的传递及提取问题,还进行了特定钻杆结构的设计,对感应采集的预兆变化数据进行处理与判别分析,对比事先得出的潜孔钻机正常凿岩参数,及时合理地调整潜孔钻机的凿岩参数,有效避免钻杆偏斜卡死事故发生。By studying and analyzing on the deviation and sticking mechanism of down--the--hole drill, the presage of deviation and sticking accident was determined. According to the characteristics of these changes, simulation analysis for drill pipe of Ф 89 mm was put forward by ANSYS so as to find out the maximum stress and strain, determine the in- stallation location of strain gage, test stress and strain and monitor abnormal conditions. In order to solve the transfer ring and extracting problem of strain gage signal, a specific drill pipe structure was designed, and the collected monito- ring da^a were handled and analyzed. After comparing with the normal drilling data in advance, drilling parameters would reasonably and timely be adjusted, effectively avoiding deviation and sticking accidents.
