摘　　要：以中国黄金集团西藏华泰龙矿业开发有限公司所属的西藏甲玛矿区开发利用为背景,对甲玛矿区生态文明建设进行了研究,同时对青藏高原矿业开发与生态环境和谐发展进行探索研究,通过实践总结得出如下结论:矿业企业是生态环境保护的主体,只有企业将生态环境保护作为自愿承担的行为责任和经营优势,经济建设与生态文明建设才能相互协调发展。According to the development and utilization prac- tice of Gyamgs Copper-Polymetallic mine, the ecological civ- ilization construction in this mine was studied. Then mining development and ecological environment harmony in Tibetan Plateau were discussed. Practical results concluded that as the principal part to implement ecological and environmental protection, the mining companies should engage themselves to protect the environment as their responsibility and running advantages, so as to harmoniously promote economic devel- opment and ecological civilization construction.
