摘 要:基于HCl-硼砂介质中钼(VI)催化K2S2O8氧化核固红的显色反应,建立了测定痕量钼(VI)的新方法。确定了催化褪色反应测定钼(VI)的动力学条件,催化反应的表观活化能E=119.64kJ/mol,反应速率常数k’=9.23×10-4s-1。方法线性范围为10~200μg/L,检出限为5/μg/L。用于本地钼尾矿中钼(VI)含量的测定,相对标准偏差为2.5%~2.9%,回收率为95.09/6~113.3%。A kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace of molybdenum has been proposed based on the molybdenum catalysed coloring reaction of nuclear fast red oxidized by potassium persulphate in the sodium borate-muriatic acid medium. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters were investigated. The apparent activation energy of catalytic reaction was 119.64 kJ/mol and the apparent reaction rate was 9.23 ×10-4 s-1. The linear range of molybdenum determination was 10- 200 μg/L and the detection limit was 5 μg/L. The method has been used for the determination of trace molybdenum in gangues with relative standard deviation of 2.5 %-2.9 % and the recovery of 95.0 %-113.3 %.
