摘 要:采用SBR工艺处理高有机氮(ON)含量的啤酒废水,为更好的使ON进行氨化和硝化,从而实现脱氮,对ON氨化过程中缺氧和曝气时间对氨化效果的影响进行了研究。结果表明,控制合适的缺氧和好氧时间是去除ON的重要影响因素。当温度为22~30℃、pH为7.08~8.17、DO的质量浓度〉2mg/L时,缺氧时间2h时NH4^+-N和ON的平均去除率最高,ON出水的质量浓度为9.22mg/L,符合GB18918--2002一级A排放标准;好氧4h时ON氨化程度较高,且COD和ON的平均去除率最高,分别达到了93.94%和77.71%。In order to make a better organic nitrogen ammonification and nitrification, SBR was used to treat the brewery wastewater with high organic nitrogen to achieve denitrification, and the ammoniation of organic nitrogen anoxia and aeration time on ammoniation effect was studied. The results show: Control the right time to hypoxia and oxygen is one of the important factors affecting removal of organic nitrogen. The results show that when the temperature is 22-30 ℃, pH of 7.08-8,17, p(DO)〉2 mg/L, at the time ofhypoxia for 2 h, highest average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen and organic nitrogen were obtained, and organic nitrogen effluent concentration was 9.22 mg/L, which met level A discharge standard of GB 18918--2002; at the time of oxygen for 4 h, organic nitrogen ammoniation degree is higher, and the COD and the highest average removal rate of organic nitrogen reached 93.94% and 77.71% respectively.
