国产超滤膜在海水淡化预处理工艺中的应用

摘　　要：灵山岛300m^3／d反渗透海水淡化工程采用“自清洗过滤＋超滤＋保安过滤”组合技术作为反渗透单元的预处理工艺，出水SDI15〈3，能够满足后续反渗透工艺进水要求。项目选用国产中空纤维超滤膜，并根据实际运行情况，对清洗药剂种类、投药量、清洗频率等工艺参数进行了优化调整。经过一段时间试运行，结果表明，优化后的工艺能有效改善清洗效果，使超滤膜的产水量始终保持在33．6～33．8m^3／h，在较长时间内维持较高的膜通量，并且回收率始终保持90％以上，更好的满足了系统设计要求。Lingshan island 300 m^3/d seawater desalination project used by “self-cleaning filter＋UF＋security Filters” combination technique as a pretreatment process of RO unit, production water SDI15〈3, which can satisfy the following RO process requirements. Used domestic hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, and according to the actual operation situation, process parameters are optimized, including cleaning agent type, the dose, cleaning frequency. Operation commissioning results show that cleaning effect can effectively be improved, production water remained at 33.6- 33.8 m^3/h, in the longer term to maintain a higher membrane flux, and recovery always maintained over 90%, which can better meet the requirement of system design.
