摘 要:采用中试的Orbal氧化沟模型处理城市污水,在低碳氮比、碳源不足的水质条件下,通过外加碳源、增加内回流措施,研究其强化生物脱氮除磷的效果,探讨其工艺运行的优化策略。结果表明,投加碳源、增加内回流均能够显著提高氧化沟的脱氮效率,碳源投加量越大,总氮的去除率越高;投加碳源、增加内回流比为100%时能够提高系统对总磷的去除能力,但提高空间不大。碳源投加在中沟比投加在外沟节省用量,也保证了处理效果。内回流比为100%,中沟投加60 mg/L的乙酸钠后,出水氨氮、总氮、总磷和COD的平均值分别为4.01、12.20、0.34、34 mg/L,达到了GB 18918-2002一级A的标准。A pilot-scale orbal oxidation ditch was used for the municipal wastewater treatment. In the condition of low-carbon-nitrogen ratio and inadequate carbon, through the measures of increasing external carbon and the internal reflux, the effect of enhanced biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal and the optimization strategies on process operation was investigated. The result shows that: the orbal oxidation ditch can significantly improve the nitrogen removal effieiency with external carbon added and inner recycle, but there is no much room to improve TP removal efficiency. The greater of the carbon addition amount, the higher of the total nitrogen removal rate. It needs less carbon dosage in the middle ditch than in the outer ditch, but the treatment effect can also be ensured. When the internal reflux ratio is 100% and the sodium acetate is 60 mg/L in the middle ditch, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD in the effluent are 4.01 mg/L, 12.20 mg/L, 0.34 mg/L and 34 mg/L, The effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002).
