摘  要:针对电厂石灰法中水处理典型工艺,考察了混凝剂和助凝剂投加量对澄清池出水水质的影响。结果表明,清池出水pH维持在10.2~10.3、混凝剂和助凝剂的投加量分别为2~5和0.2~0.5mgm时,可以使澄清池保持稳定出水。分析了系统调试过程中容易遇到的影响系统安全稳定运行的问题,并提出了切实可行的解决方案。Technological process of reclaimed water treatment by lime method in a power plant was introduced here. The effect of lime dosage on clarifier effluent quality was investigated. The results show that when the pH of clarifier is maintain between 10.2-10.3, and the dosage of coagulant and coagulant aids is 2-5 and 0.2-0.5 mg/L, respectively, the clarifier effluent is stable. In addition, the issues which affect the system safe and stable operation during the commissioning were analyzed, and the feasible solution was also proposed.
