摘 要:绝缘子人工覆冰后的电气性能试验常采用50%耐受电压法、均匀升压法和U型曲线法。目前国内外很少研究试验方法对绝缘子交流覆冰闪络特性的影响差异。为此,在大型多功能人工气候室内以3片XWP2-160、LXHY3-160、FXBW-35/70型绝缘子串为试品,研究覆冰后电气试验方法对绝缘子闪络特性的影响。试验结果表明,电气试验方法对覆冰绝缘子的交流覆冰闪络电压有影响,采用不同电气试验方法得到的试验结果有差异。在相同覆冰程度和覆冰状态条件下,均匀升压法得到的试品平均闪络电压Uave比50%耐受电压法得到的50%耐受电压U50%高4.1%~6.0%,而U型曲线法得到的最低闪络电压Ufmin最小。Three flashover evaluation methods are frequently used, including 50% withstand voltage method, average flashover voltage method, and U-type flashover voltage method in artificial icing electrical tests, but the differences in pollution performance among these methods are not comparatively studied. On the basis of measurements of AC flashov- er performance of insulators covered by ice in the multi-functional artificial climate chamber, we studied the differences in the AC flashover voltage of insulator strings using these methods. The tests show that there are some differences in the icing flashover performance, and the influences on flashover voltages of specimens are different after using different me- thods. The average flashover voltage (Uave) obtained by average flashover voltage method is 4.1%-6.0% higher than the 50% withstand voltage (Us0o/o) obtained by the 50% withstand voltage method, and the minimum flashover voltage (Ufmin) obtained by the U-type flashover voltage method is the lowest for insulators under the same conditions.
