摘 要:季铵盐类农药易溶于水,不易挥发,极易在环境中大量残留.传统的液液萃取方式难以对复杂基质中的痕量残留净化富集,其前处理方法一直是检测中的难点.近年来,随着固相萃取吸附材料的不断更新与发展,固相萃取法逐渐取代液液萃取法成为检测季铵盐类农药残留主要应用的前处理方法.文中全面地描述各类基质中季铵盐农药的前处理方法,重点分析与论述目前常用于季铵盐类农药检测的几类固相萃取各自性质及优缺点,对这些固相萃取柱在前处理分析方法中涉及的重要方面都做了较全面的分析与论述.Quaternary ammonium pesticides are easily soluble in water, less volatile, and a large number of residues which may easily drop in the environment. The traditional liquid-liquid extraction method is difficult to trace the residues in complex matrices purification enrichment, which has been the difficulty of pre-treatment method used in detection. In recent years, the solid-phase extraction adsorbent material constantly updated with the development of solid-phase extraction taking the place of the liquid-liquid extraction method gradually, and the former had been the mainly applied pre- treatment method in detecting the quaternary pesticide residues. We comprehensively overviewed the various types of pre-treatment methods concerning the matrix quaternary pesticide, and mainly analyzed and discussed the nature, advantages and disadvantages of regarding solid-phase extraction each currently used in the detection of the quaternary ammonium pesticides, and it also involved the comprehensive analysis and elaboration of significant aspects concerning the pre-treatment method in solid-phase extraction.
