摘  要:目的探讨血糖波动与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)严重程度的相关性。方法选取DPN患者126例,根据多伦多神经病变评分分为轻、中、重度组。所有患者均采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)监测72h,计算平均血糖水平(MBG)、日内平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、血糖波动最大幅度(DMMG)、血糖标准差(SD),并记录年龄、性别、病程、BMI、HbA1c及一般生化指标。结果MBG、MAGE、SD随着神经病变严重程度的增加而增加(P<0.05),神经病变严重程度分别与MBG、MAGE呈正相关(β=0.249、0.196,P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者血糖波动可能与DPN严重程度相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between peripheral neuropathy and blood glucose fluctuation in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods 216 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups according to the TCSS score system. The fluctuating feature of 72 hours blood glucose were recorded by continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS), then the MBG,MAGE,DMMG,SD were calculated and the age, gender, disease duration, BMI, HbA^c and biochemical indicators were also recorded. Results DMMG, MAGE, SD increases with growing severity of the neuropathy. The severity of the neuropathy was positively correlated with MBG and MAGE (p= 0. 249,0. 196, P%0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between the blood glucose fluctuation and peripheral neuropathy in T2DM.
