有关糖尿病神经病变的文献计量学分析:2003～2012

摘　　要：目的 掌握目前糖尿病神经病变（DN）发展现状和趋势. 方法 采用文献计量学方法对PubMed中2003～2012年收录的关于DN方面的文献进行分析.统计2003年1月至2012年12月PubMed共收录DN的文献数量.对文献数量行线性回归分析,得到DN的总文献量的变化趋势（y=21.43x＋528.53）. 结果 文献主要以英文为主并逐年稳步递增. 结论 既往研究主要仍以糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）研究为主.研究已从临床转向基础研究,研究的热点和方向主要集中在DN的治疗、病理生理学、病因学等方面.Objective To understand the current development status and trends in patients with diabetic neuropathy（DN）. Methods The databases from PubMed about the DN during 2003 - 2012 were analyzed By the bibliometrics method. There were 6476 literatures on diabetic neuropathy in PubMed from 2003 to December 2012. The trends of DN documentation were the result of linear regression （y=21.43xq-528. 53）. Results The studies showed that the major language type of the literatures was English and the total number increassed steadily year after year. Conclusion Previous researches show that the main research type is diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. The research has shifted from clinical to basic research and the hotspot and main tendency are therapy, physiopathology and etiology.
