摘 要:为了快速响应多变的市场需求,将产品族的模块化设计方法运用到大批量定制生产的研发设计中去。通过市场需求分析,将其转化为功能模型,对产品零部件进行模块划分,建立产品族模块库,以市场为导向配置不同系列的细分产品,生成最终产品族,满足差异化客户群。将该方法运用到电暖炉的产品研发设计中去,验证该方法的可行性。设计过程表明,该设计方法可靠有效,适合各功能组件独立,模块化程度高的产品族设计。To respond the changing market demands rapidly, the product family modular design can be used for mass customization production. Through the analysis of market demands, transform them into function model, divide the product components' into module, and establish the product family module library. Taking the market as the guide, configure different series of segment products, generate the final product family to meet different customer groups. By applying this method to the product research and development of electric heater, so the feasibility of this method can be tested and verified. The design process shows that this design method is effective and reliable, it is suited for the product family which has the independent functional components, or the high degree modularization.
