摘  要:为了分析自扇冷式电机冷却系统内流体流动特点,运用CFD(computational fluid dynamics)商业软件CFX对其进行数值模拟,从提高冷却风量的角度,对冷却风扇进行优化设计。在优化设计的过程中发现:冷却风量不仅与风扇自身的流通能力和做功能力有关,也与转、定子中通风管道截面积相关。通过计算分析进一步表明:转、定子的通风管道截面积影响冷却风扇的进口气流条件,当增大管道截面积时,会减少风扇尖部气流分离区,使冷却系统的风量获得提升。由于冷却风扇的进口气流条件受通风管道和风扇的耦合影响,因此不能孤立的对冷却风扇进行设计,在风扇设计完成后,必须将风扇放入整个冷却系统中进行计算,以验算冷却风扇是否满足设计要求。In order to analysis fluid flow characteristics inside the Built-in cooling fan motor cooling system, On the basis of numerical simulation of electric motor cooling system through the CFD (computational fluid dynamics) commercial software CFX, it is to modify the design of cooling fan, in order to further improve cooling air volume. In the process of modifying the design of fan, it is found that the cooling air flow is not only decided by flow capacity and power capability of the fan, but also by the section surface of air ducts in stator and rotor. Through further analysis, it is indicated that the section surface of air ducts in stator and rotor can affect the air flow condition of cooling fan inlet. When the section surface of air ducts is increased, it will reduce the airflow separation area at the tip of the fan and im- prove the air volume of cooling system. Because of air cooling fan inlet conditions is affected by the coupling of the ven- tilation pipe and fan, therefore cannot be isolated to design of cooling fan, the fan should be calculated in the cooling, to check whether the cooling fan meet the design requirements.
