摘 要:为了研究火炮发射时的动态特性,利用气动原理设计了一种能够模拟炮膛合力冲击载荷的实验装置,描述了该装置的结构及其工作原理,运用热力学理论和牛顿运动定律建立了工作过程的数学模型,在此基础上,利用龙格-库塔方法求解常微分方程组,进行了数值模拟,得到了该装置工作过程中身管冲击载荷变化曲线及炮管运动状态曲线,并对设计参数对冲击载荷曲线变化的影响进行了分析。仿真结果表明,该装置从理论上可以较好地模拟火炮发射时的炮膛合力,满足设计要求,通过仿真计算可以对设计参数进行优化,以获得失真率较小的冲击载荷曲线,从而满足不同型号火炮射击模拟的仿真要求。In order to study the dynamic properties of gun launch, an experimental device was developed to simu- late impulse load caused by breech force based on pneumatic principle. The structure and its working principle were in- troduced firstly, and then the mathematical model of its working process was established by the aerothermodynamics theory and Newton second law of motion. Solving the differential equations with Runge-Kutta method, the curves of breech force and the gun movement were obtained. Finally the impact of design parameters on breech force was ana- lyzed theoretically. The results indicate that the device can effectively simulate the required impulse load and the var- ying trends in accord with the actual requirement. The simulation provides reliable evidence for optimizing the design parameters of this device to acquire the breech force curve with lower distortion rate.
