双乌宣痹复方的抗炎和镇痛实验

摘　　要：目的:探讨双乌宣痹方剂的抗炎和镇痛效果。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性法探讨其抗炎效果;采用醋酸扭体法和热板法探讨其镇痛效果。结果:抗炎实验结果显示,双乌宣痹方剂的中、高剂量组对于二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀有很明显的抑制作用,与空白组比较差异具有极显著性(P<0.01);双乌宣痹方剂的低、中、高剂量组对于小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。镇痛实验结果显示,双乌宣痹方剂中、高剂量组对于醋酸致小鼠的扭体有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01);在给药后1 h,双乌宣痹方剂高剂量组能显著提高小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05),在给药后2 h,双乌宣痹方剂中、高剂量组能显著提高小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05)。结论:双乌宣痹方剂有显著的抗炎和镇痛效果。Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Shuangwu numbness-relief decoction. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect was assessed by xylene-induced mouse auricular swelling and peritoneal capillary permeability; and the analgesic effect was assessed by hot plate method and acetic acid-induced twisting method. Results Shuangwu numbness-relief decoction at moderate or high dose had a significant inhibitory effect on mouse auricular swelling, with a significant difference as compared with the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the decoction at low, moderate, or high dose group played a marked inhibitory role in the increase in mouse peritoneal capillary permeability （P 〈 0.01 ）. Shuangwu numbness-relief decoction at moderate or high dose effectively reduced the writhing frequency in mice （P 〈 0.01）. The decoction at high dose increased the pain threshold in mice one hour after intragastric administration （P 〈 0.05）, and the decoction at moderate or high dose increased the pain threshold two hours after administration （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conchlsions Shuangwu numbness-relief decoction has an obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.
