综合疗法治疗陈旧性宫外孕25例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察综合疗法治疗陈旧性宫外孕的疗效。方法:50例随机分为两组,治疗组25例予中药灌肠、金黄散下腹部外敷、TDP下腹部照射治疗,对照组25例予期待疗法。结果:治愈率治疗组92%,对照组56%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法治疗陈旧性宫外孕疗效优于期待疗法。To observe the therapeutic effect on old ectopic pregnancy treated by comprehensive therapy. Method： 50 cases were divided into 2 groups in random. 25 cases were treated with herbal enema, external application on lower abdomen with Jinhuang Powder and TDP irradiation therapy on lower abdomen as the study group while 25 cases were trearted with expectant treatment as the control group. Result： The curative rate of the study group was 92% while that of the control group was 56%. There was significant difference betweent the two groups （ P〈O.05 ） . Conclustion： The therapeutic effect of comprehensive therapy was superior to that of the expectant treatment on old ectopic pregnancy.
