摘  要:针对中东地区高温干燥环境中混凝土早期开裂严重的现象,在混凝土中掺入超吸水树脂,研究其对混凝土早期开裂性能的影响。采用用水量和水胶比不同的两种混凝土配合比设计,测定掺入预先吸收25倍水、预先不吸水和预先吸收50倍水的超吸水树脂的混凝土薄板的开裂情况。结果显示:各种方式掺入超吸水树脂对水胶比较小、用水量低的混凝土的早期开裂现象均有所改善,而预先吸收较大量水的超吸水树脂对水胶比较大、用水量高的混凝土的早期开裂现象改善作用显著。For serious early cracking of concrete under high temperature and dry environment in the Middle East,the improving effect of super absorbent polymer(SAP) added into the concrete mixture during mixing on the cracking fresh concrete was studied.Two concrete mix-tures were used with different water quantity and water to binder ratio.SAP was added with 3 different ways:pre-absorbing 25 times or 50 times more water,and nonabsorbent.The cracking pattem of concrete sheet was investigated.The results showed that adding of super ab-sorbent polymer can reduce the risk of early cracking of concrete with low water to binder ratio and small water quantity ,and adding of SAP preabsorbing more water can obviously improve the anti-cracking ability of concrete with high water to binder ratio and large water quantity.
