摘 要:选用自燃(活性)和非自燃(非活性)煤矸石作为粗、细集料,研究标准养护和高温水养护条件下两种矸石集料-水泥基材料力学性能的发展规律,为解决煤矸石集料在水泥混凝土中的应用提供依据。试验结果表明:对于煤矸石细集料-水泥浆体而言,高温水养护条件下,有利于提高两种矸石细集料-水泥基材料早期(3、7 d)的抗压强度,但对矸石细集料-水泥基材料的后期抗压强度的发展会产生高温负效应,但是对抗折强度的影响正好相反;对于煤矸石集料混凝土,高温水养护对其力学性能发的展是有利的,特别是对自燃矸石集料混凝土,高温水养护能够在一定程度上激发其火山灰活性,对其强度的发展有利,并不会产生"高温负效应"。It selected spontaneous combustion(active) and non-spontaneous combustion(inactive) two kinds of coal gangues as concrete aggregates,the development trend of mechanical properties of coal gangue aggregates-cement-based materials under the standard curing and high-temperature-water curing conditions were observed,the results can provided the basis of application on the coal gangue as con-crete aggregates.Results of the trial indicated that for the coal gangue as fine aggregates-cement-based materials ,under the high-tem pera-ture-water curing,could improved the early (3,7 d) compressive strength,but it could generated the negative effect in the later period under the high temperature curing,however,the impact on the concrete flexural strength were opposite;for the coal gangue aggregates concrete,the high-temperature-water curing was beneficial to the mechanical properties of concrete,especially to the spontaneous combustion gangues concrete,because the high-temperature-water curing could stimulated the gangues activity,and hadn't generated the negative effect.
