摘 要:研究了钢渣微粉以不同比例取代硅酸盐水泥时,对水泥基灌浆料的流动度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:钢渣微粉取代硅酸盐水泥时,水泥基灌浆料的流动性能得到改善、早期强度下降显著、后期强度则变化不大;取代比例为20%时,可配制出流动度315 mm,1、28 d强度分别达到25.5、78.4 MPa,体积安定性良好的水泥基灌浆料,满足水泥基灌浆料国家标准相关要求。The influences on the fluidity and compressive strength of cement based grouting material were researched,when the Portland cement was replaced by steel slag powder by different proportion in the grouting material.The result showed that the fluidity could be im-proved,and the early-age compressive strength decreased significantly,and the long-term compressive strength only had little change,as the Portland cement was replaced by steel slag powder in the cement based grouting material.When the Portland cement was replaced with the proportion of 20%by steel slag powder,the cement based grouting material with good cubage stability could be prepared with 315 mm fluidity,1 d compressive strength 25.5 MPa,and 28 d compressive strength 78.4 MPa,and all these properties could meet relative require-ments of national standards.
